How is summer almost over already? Oh, well. The good news is my weight is the same this week. The bad news? My knee still hurts. And I wasn't feeling good Monday (thankfully that didn't last long!), so exercise has been lacking a little. And I'm going to visit my parents this week. So, the last check in should be interesting... As far as the mini-challenge goes, um I guess I'm not good at remembering to breathe! :) I didn't get my deep breathing in everyday, but I tried to remember. Oh well. This week we are supposed to meet all our goals for the week. So I guess I'd better set some, huh? Well, I guess I need to remember that just because I'm on vacation, it doesn't give me room to slack off. So I need to exercise everyday that I'm out there (even if it's just a quick walk or some crunches) and I need to eat as if I was at home. Easy enough, huh? How did you do?
