Well, the Burst into Summer challenge over at the Sisterhood has come to a close. Boy did the summer fly by! Last week we were supposed to make goals for the final week and stick to them. I was on vacation visiting my family which always makes things difficult. My goals were to exercise everyday and to eat like I was at home. I did get a walk in everyday except one, so that's pretty good. And I ate reasonably. Well, as reasonably as could be expected considering that my trip included eating out 5 times, 2 regular sodas, at least 1 diet soda, a chocolate shake, burgers, hot dogs, etc., etc. Of course it also included a LOT of fruit. The peaches were coming off the trees, so I indulged a lot. And the final weigh-in is... 139.8! Holy cow. I'm out of the 140's. I'm not sure how long that will last or even how that happened, but woohoo! That's down 1.8 from last week and 3.5 for the challenge overall. Now let's just keep it off! So, how did you do?
